VAT: All purchases under €150 have VAT added at the checkout and will be delivered without additional VAT charges. For purchases over €150 VAT will be payable upon delivery.
Duty: Purchases less than €150 will attract a €3 Duty charge. To reduce the admin fee imposed by couriers orders under €150 will be sent via Postal service. Purchases over €150 for vanilla extract and vanilla paste have zero duty with vanilla pods and ground vanilla 6% Duty.
Delivery Options: We recommend using International Post or EMS delivery options for destination in southern Europe like Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain for easier customs clearance. Using couriers to these destinations can result in problematic customs clearances.
