Shipping & Delivery
All purchases will be sent express courier with door to door tracked delivery for destinations within the EU. For deliveries to locations outside of the EU there maybe additional shipping cost. If your delivery destination is outside of the EU please contact us for a shipping cost estimate. Due to the impact of Covid-19 virus there may be some delivery delays. We are working with our delivery partners to move items as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during this time.
Duty & Taxes
All purchases include VAT and Duty and will be delivered without any additional taxes. Purchases are dispatched from our warehouse located outside of the EU and maybe occasionally subject customs inspections that will attract an inspection fee. Customs clearance and any associated costs that may arise will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Product Returns
We recommend purchasing the sample size of our products so that testing and trials can be conducted to confirm the products suitability to your requirements prior to purchasing larger quantities. Product returns will only be accepted for unopened products. Cost for returning products is at the expense of the purchaser. Original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund for returned products. If there are any issues with our products refunds will be gladly made in accordance with the Natural Vanilla refund policy.
